I joined swimming for 20 days before that I had a lighter skin tone but after that my skin has become very dark and it's not going it's been 20 days scince i left swimming

During last few years i had acenes and pimples also wrinkles on my face. My skin type is dry. I have bit hormonal issues. What are the ways to be cured naturally? How to get a healthy glowing skin

I am 32 year old female. With in the last 3 years, I am getting a lot of normal black moles on my body. Mainly on my face and neck area. They are normal mole size. But I am getting them a lot like my face has around 10 and my neck also have 10. Most of them I got in the last 1 year. I don't step out in sun at all. So is it a something of a concern. There itchiness near to anus. Something dark brown color spreading around it. If I touch their it feel some hardness.
