1.5 YEARS AGO MY LEG THUMB NAIL GET INJURED AND REMOVED AND AFTER THAT, THIS TYPE OF NAIL IS COMING. PLEASE GUIDE ME WHAT IS THIS AND WHAT TO DO?

Hello, My hairs getting thinner and then falling. I usually have 200 ml milk in my diet, consume good vegetables. Eat 1 white egg once within a week. Doing shampoo by diluting it into water and then apply onto scalp and i wash twice within a week. I use currently head and shoulders. Earlier i took treatment from richfeel for one year in 2019. Even I took in 2011 as well. Over the period of time I do see my hair strength getting weakened and eventually they fall down. My scalp is clearly visible now at the age of 34 which I do not expect. Please suggest.
