Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hi doctor. I have an uneven hair texture. It's curly, wavy, thin. Can i take hair smoothening treatment. Should I get it done in a clinic Or salon. Please suggest me.

I am a 53 yr old female. I have been suffering from this condition for a lot of years. Have been using creams like betadine and clop-m but the cuts and craks on my palm and fingers never heal. Not sure if I'm am allergic to something. While cooking when picking spices they go into the cuts and it burns. I use vim bar soap and circular silver scrubber to wash the utensils. Sometimes the cuts starts itching so much that I have to pinch them then after which I feel fine. The cuts at first are hard then they become dry and cracked. I am sure it is not dry skin. Have attached pics of the fingers. I suffer this condition only on 1 hand. Other hand is fine. It would be helpful if you could help me identify this condition so that I can diagnose properly.

My mother is feeling itch all over her body especially below underarms and breasts and has recently developed rashes as well. It mostly happens during extreme heat and goes away in winter. Could it be heat allergy? Its monsoon right now but it still persists.

In morning i had chest pain which increased on lying it is still there and doctor took ecg and blood test in which cholestrol was increased and ecg was normal... coin shaped spots appeared on chest in evening

More than 20 days but its not healed yet nd i can see a hole in this about 1 cm deep im worried for This i took medicines but no relief

Which cream should i use for underarm whitening ? I had used Safane whitening serum but it didn't show any result. I don't use any Deo. Please Suggest.
