My dermatologist gave two intralesional injections ,it's size has been reduced but not much ,now he is suggesting two options for radio frequency or surgery for removal .
Please suggest what should I go for or if there is any other treatment which can help

Surgery or any procedure will have the risk of recurrence.
Better would be to get it excised and go for radiotherapy immediately after surgery to avoid recurrence
