Hi.. I am taking Carbamide Forte Japanese Reduced L Glutathione 500mg Tablets with Vitamin C from Amla Extract in the morning.. that's 1000mg vitamin c and glutathione 500 mg.. I also take primrose 1000 mg at night. I am applying sugandha niacinamide 5% serum with Cosrx mucin essence and moisturizer at night. Now recently, few days back I can see some breakouts which could be due to bad air from the cooler too. I just want to know what I am applying and taking tablets are safe right ? Does applying niacinamide while taking glutathione can have  effect of purging? Or do I need to have patience? Please help Thanks..
