Hi Doctors, I want to know for skin whitening treatment what could be a better option for the long term? Either chemical peel or Laser treatment? Please suggest the most effective method

I started using tretinion cream for the last 3-4 weeks, although my skin texture and acne improved a lot but my face skin is getting dark and dull, plz suggest some medicine or cream to apply along with tretinion to have brighter skin

Hello doctor i am having small blind pimple like bump on upper chest since 3 months initially there was pain and swelling so applied neosporin and soframacyin ointment pain and irritation subsided but now there is no pain but it has left a dark scar and still feel small bump under it I feel an small sac  under it .can I apply any cream remove that small bump and discoloration. Hello there, from last few days I am observing 2 little dry patch on my left upperlip and right upper lip( not on overall lip). I have started to use butter insted of lip balm. So now,right upperlips dry patch is almost gone.but new dry patch is created on left lower lip. Please suggest any home remedie. I feel streaching of the lips at dry patch area. It is not at all visible. No irritation.
