I am facing severe dandruff, redness and itchiness on my scalp especially after the straightening of hair. I want ointment or natural remedy to reduce dandruff and itchiness as it is very embarrassing.

Hi, I have been facing itchy and flaky white patches on scalp and in facial hair for past 2-3 years. The issue has been diagnosed by 2-3 dermatologists as seborrheic dermatitis. Each clinic visit has led me to purchase and apply some variation of the same chemicals based products - shampoos, creams and even pills. However, it reappears after some time without fail. Any suggestions on how to tackle this once and for all? Also, any management strategies for this issue?

About a month later, I developed a small lump in my neck. FNAC report said “probably TB.” I couldn’t afford a biopsy, so I started TB medicines. A few days after starting the TB medicines, I suddenly woke up one morning with deep wrinkles under my eyes. By evening, they slowly reduced and my face looked normal again. This happened twice. My problem is when i wash my hair with plain water after the dry the hair gets very much dry and frizzy looks really bad to me i want healthy and densed look i have checked my iron profile is good my vit d and vit b12 is worse but i am taking care on that by supplementation recently at monsoon season i was facing hairfall but now it has stopped ... my question is how can i get that healthy and desne look on my hair?

I was diagnosed with verruca plana for which I was given flonida 1% cream. Been applying it since two weeks, and there's a noticeable decrease in the lesion size. However, there are black marks around the skin, is it normal?
