Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I am facing severe hairfall since 3 4 months. I have low porosity hair and the texture is rough dry freezy. Never got split end but this time I got split ends also. Hair are got thin and not growing. I have changed 2 3 shampoos and mask but nothing is working. No allergies is there no deficiency is there ...no family history. Living in extreme heat and humid area (Rajasthan) what should I try now.

Pls priscribe some good ointment for blemishes and fine line one doctor proscribed me kojivit but it doesn't work that much

Is there any problem if we regularly use antifungal soaps such as Candid, Ketopz etc.. for taking a bath twice a day? I used to have fungal infections or jock itch in my groins even though I used to take a bath with dettol soaps. I used to wear good quality innerwear also during night time. Can antifungal soaps prevent fungal infections in my groin area?

Hello Doctor, I have a skin problem on my leg. It started as a small spot but has changed in size and color over time.
