The weather 🌡️☁️ in Pune young lady would roughly mirror the one in Bangalore.
It's hardly cold nowadays.
Your description suggests a condition called Hives or Urticaria and yours as stated appears triggered by the ❄️ 🥶 cold.
Stress can also be another trigger.
Antihistamines can help contain this issue and suggest a non sedative one like Fexofenadine 180mg (any brand)
Should it get worse, present yourself to the local clinic for an Injection 🆘

Your symptoms are suggestive of cold-induced urticaria (a type of hives triggered by cold temperature or sudden temperature changes). In this condition, itchy red wheals can appear on exposed areas like the arms and legs when the skin is exposed to cold air or water, and they usually resolve on their own after some time.
Helpful Tips / Word of Caution:
• Avoid very cold showers, ice application, or swimming in cold water, as this may trigger more severe reactions.
• If hives become frequent, severe, or associated with swelling of lips/face or breathing difficulty, seek medical evaluation promptly.
• Most cases are benign and manageable with antihistamines and trigger avoidance.
