Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have facial and lip asymmetry.Can anybody suggest what is the best treatment for the same. There are lots of YouTube videos showing facial exercises for correcting the asymmetry. Will it be helpful.

Have tonsured(clean shave)d my head about a week back at temple. 4-5 days after that, started developing tiny acne like bumps and spread all over head. Have turned white filled with pus and itchy. Have mild female pattern baldness, taken 5 prp/gcp sessions over 2 years, my last session ending mid-jan. Visited dermatologist for dryness in scalp 2 days back and been taking syntran and using candidox and noskurf lotion for dandruff at night along with anaphase shampoo and minicheck spray in the morning. Few bumps were present during my visit hence didn't bother to check with them. But more developed and became pus filled and itchy right after the visit. My dermatologist is out on vacation, not reachable,  hence posting here. Kindly advise.

Hello. I have been using tretinoin for my acne since a month and I did not get any irritation or purging. My acne is healing to some extent and I have normal to combination skin type and I use the Minimalist vitamin b5 moisturiser but I feel like this moisturiser makes my skin oily and red . I don't know which moisturiser would be good Please suggest any good moisturiser that I can use along with tretinoin. Thank you. Hoping to hear some suggestions.

My skin color changed a lot, I am working in rotational shift may be this is the reason of dark circles Taking healthy diet and not using any type of face Wash and cream. My skin is dry . The number of gray hair is increasing day by day, watched some video that there are so many harmful effects of hair dye. Used Garnier hair dye but found rough hair after wash.  Now using Nupur mehndi.  Please suggest some health friendly hair dye.

I had an attached photo of my infection. It is occurring from my childhood. I tried solving it many times by medication but it always comes back after a while of stooping meds. Anti scrabies, fungal, parasitic & itching all works but after stopping them, the bumbs like pimples on my skin occur again. It leaves a black/brown scar after it heals. And sometimes leaks white fluid or blood leaks. Itching mostly occurs at night and when I wake up, I find many areas on my hand and feet mostly skin is cut, and my nails have blood stains so it is clear I do them at night. These things only occurs on places that is uncovered e.g my hands, feets, neck & face. When it happens on behind hands & feet it hurts a lot but feel itching them. It mostly occurs after mosquito bites. I don't know how to cure it, any help in identifying what it is?

I am seeing these kind of rashes on my left foot, sometimes happens on my hand fingers as well. Seen only on left side till now. There is no itching irritation or uncomfortable feeling. I do not do anything, it gets dried by itself after few days and the skin around it dries and get peeled. Is there any medical reasons behind it? I am worried as these days i am frequently seeing this issue.

It's been 4 Or more days was facing itching issue mostly in night... I itch so much that my skin bump and got redness in it... I started painting medication for my upper back pain right side it's Ayurveda medicine but maybe after that I'm expressing this... Before also I got some days itching but not like what I'm having nowadays... I have taken 2 days Allegra 120 tab also... I have dry skin also.... Kindly advise something... I am diabetic type2 and having pcod
