Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hi doctor, I've been getting these tiny bumps on my forehead since last year. How to prevent these from growing and reduce the present ones. What is the cause of these? Are these normal? What medications can I use to get rid of them? Currently I've started using Cetaphil moisturizing cream a few days ago. And I use dermadew soap to my face. Kindly help me. Thank you.

Dark spots around lip corners and chin area since 5,6 years. Also facing stubborn mark on nose since 13 years my skin is sensitive and I do not use any products other than moisturiser and sunscreen. Gone through a exfoliating and laser treatment for the above problems but they reappeared after 1month

This is now happened thrice in last 3months. Whole chin is swelled and the affected area is too hard. Can I know how to deal with this and the reason of its occurrence?
