Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Can u suggest a skin care routine to be followed at the age of 33. Face seems dull, dry and some small dots have started to come. Also have facial hair.

I was diagnosed with multiple cysts in both ovaries 2 yrs ago and had irregular menses for the last 3 yrs . For the past 1 yr, am suffering from severe hairfall ,even scalp is visible in the frontal region, used Minoxidl 2% topical since then to no Effect. For the past 4 months, am suffering from Severe Acne as well. Should I continue Minoxidil ? What should be the approach?

My scalp is itching a lot and if i use my hand to scratch, I get some thick dandruff on my finger like whiteheads. And because of which I am having a severe hair fall. I need an immediate remedy for this itching. Else my whole scalp can get injured.
