Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hi doctors, I recently consulted my dermatologist and she gave me some creams and seruma to reduce my pigmentation but she did not suggest any facewash. I am not willing to use soap on my wash. Could you please suggest a face wash for the same?

I started having itch on both my palm in evening.... in morning i gave a bath to my dog(FYI) After few minutes of rubbing palms together i noticed red spots under my skin... I took avil 25 then. Itch stopped after sometime.. Red spots are still there and it has started to itch a little again now.. its been 5 hours since i took avil 25 Please tell me wat this can be.

Hello docs .. i am mother to 7 month old baby ... I went for hair colour yesterday and asked them fr ammonia free hair colour...but came to knw at last that they have applied hair colour with ammonia...on my scalp... Permanent hair colour... I have not breastfed my baby frm yesterday...i am so worried... How long i have to wait to breastfeed my baby... Aftr that hair colour session.... Will it have effect on my breast milk... Plzz help me out ... Do i have to wait for more days...plzzz reply

Sir, I'm suffering from psoriasis valguris and taking medication. The attached image is near my urinal area. Is this caused by psoriasis.? Please clarify sir.

Suddenly I am having dark patches on my hands , feet and on forehead of my face I've consulted a dermatologist before and he prescribed elocon cream for it which resulted in darkening of the spots, hence his medication is not working. It's been more than a year since I have this problem and unable to get rid of it. Moreover I've a very sensitive skin and there's an allergy kind of thing on my face comes up whenever I apply any kind of product on my face even moisturizer.

One kind of skin rashes in both ankle supposedly due to drugs side effects. Looks like heavy black dirts deposited as attached picture. Please suggest possible remedy.

I had these spots some days back with pain and swelling in the feet so I consulted a physician and the pain, swelling is almost gone but the spots i can say the color of my skin was red at that time and now it it something like this as in the picture. I had multiple tests done including kft the results were all good except for the creatinine level. It came 0.38 mg/dL. Just want to know whether i should be concerned much about the skin color or will it be back to normal in some time.
