Yesterday my friend smoked a single cigarette. Not even a complete cigarette but it was maybe expire. I would like to know the reasons for the dark spot in both the legs which is almost from 1 year and sometimes it itches (very rarely while wearing socks for long time). I have attached the picture for the same. Left leg has more no of dark spots.
