Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I just want to ask that do males suffer from tellogen effluvium as I was suffering from serious mental health issues in 2021 nd after 4-5 months all of a sudden my hair became greyish nd started thinning all over the scalp nd falling since then. So is it tellogen effluvium or MPB as I've heard that MPB takes several years nd in my case it happened all of a sudden.

I am getting small bumps on face and there are lot of dark spots from acne. I need to get rid of it soon, my skin is getting dry.

I need remedies of acne on scalp. I'm not using any hair gel/spray. Shampoo which i'm using is scalpe+ and oil is almond bajaj.

I started getting acne 2 years back and I thought it is normal and will go away with time but after the active acne was gone it left acne marks which looked very bad and also lowered my self confidence. I tried many home remedies, many other serums and creams but nothing worked well. Some people told me that I might have a bad diet  but trust me I don't eat junk food at all coz of fear of acne. Please suggest me any medications to fade away my acne marks.🙏

Hi I had dry and itchy scalp, severe dandruff, hair fall, dry and frizzy hair. Known person advised me to go for a keratin treatment and I have done it yesterday. But I am bit scared after undergoing the keratin treatment and also have many queries related to that 1. I had burning sensation on eyes and throat irritation  while doing keratin. But now I am absolutely good. Will I have any health issue because of this? 2. Post keratin will my hair get damaged due to excessive heat? If so how to maintain it? 3. Can I apply hair oil to scalp? 4. Should I use shampoo which salon people suggested or any shampoo? My sacred feeling is not going out from my mind.
