Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have Oily skin and freckles on my face. I have realised that my skin is dull and skin texture is not smooth. Also I have dark circles. Please  suggest me what can I do to get smooth skin texture and remove dullness and dark circles.

My baby was suffering from impetigo doctor gave her antibiotic and ointment it was cured but redness is reappering again and again .Please advice.

My doctor on practo recommended me xtralite mild cream for pigmentation and sun tanning on my face. But after applying this i can see some peeling and too much darkening of the skin. What am I doing wrong? It's been 10 days only so should I wait and keep applying it or stop it? I was recommended kojivit ultra but it did'nt show any improvement so i stopped this and switched to xtralite

My doctor had diagnosed me for balanoposthitis and had given me fexofenadine 180 mg twice daily for 15 days then again gave me for 15 more days. Why is he giving me this allergy medicine that too high dose The medicine doesn't seem to have any effect regardless of if i eat it or not 😑. Why is he giving me this medicine more and more?
