My newborn baby girl is facing acne on her face and body. She is just 32 days old and spreading like half of her shoulder cover with acne

It could be acne, miliria Or erythema toxicum neonatrum. All are reversible conditions.

Please attach photos of the other areas. Also of scalp. Can be neonatal acne which is normal or other normal conditions seen in newborns, but could be miliaria as well.
