I am concerned that dyeing my hair will further weaken them and increase the eyesight number Here are some questions that i seek answers for 1) do ammonia free dyes harm our eyes? or just a myth 2) what other chemicals in my dye do i look out for 3) what other things i can use to colour my hair

Hi! I have been facing this issue of itching(specifically at night) in my groin region. I usually apply coconut oil and it's been okayish in providing some relief. Now I have itching in the inside portion of my buttocks too. I have started applying Vaseline or boroplus at night and it provides relief and I am able to sleep properly. But, is there any cream for such an issue.
