Hello doctor, I am a 22 year old female with extreme acne. I am tired of it. I have pigmented skin which makes it more ugly. I don't know what to do. I have star/pearl type pimples all round my cheeks and forehead. What should I do ? I have tried almost everything from doctor's advice to home remedies. Please help

Hello I have seen this viral cream "facetune" in Instagram. People were commenting they see result in just two days like clear skin fair skin etc. I coudlnt see any steroids in ingredients. Ingredients mentioned in their website:turmeric extract, water, mineral oils, sandal extraction, glutathione. Is it safe to use this? Or it has some hidden steroids?
