Hello, my daughter has 8 cafe au lait spots of which 2 are 5mm and 1 is larger than 5mm rest are small and irregular borders. 2 of her aunt have large cafe au lait spots total 4-5 in number but my daughter has many smaller ones all located in isolated places eg 1in  thigh,1 in knee, 1in waist, 1 in back and one in ankle. All seem to have jagged edges and some are triangle in shape I have attached pics of 1 2 of them pls tell me if they can be related to NF1?

I am 26 year old Male. From past 1 and 1 year almost I have this papule kind of thing in my left leg, just below the knee cap. It is roughly 0.4 cm and hasn't changed it's shape or size from the time I have noticed. I also feel it is on the surface only because I can't feel anything if it is squeezed. Whenever I used to scratch it hard will bleed a little then will recover within 2-3 days. If never pains only no sensation on the bump. I have shown this to three dermatologists and all have told this as a wart. I have confirmed with them. They have recommended, if it bothers me then to get it removed. I have picked it and wasn't careful earlier but it has never spread. Now I have used a corn cap which is available in medical shops. After putting it I would feel a bit itchy. I kept for 3 days and get it removed today morning to see that the upper part has peeled of as in picture. There is a reddish area under it is bit sensitive now. Warm water would even hurt a little. What is it?

As per the symptoms, it seems I am having a "Hidradenitis suppurativa" condition. I am having pimple type bumps in my armpit, currently the number is around 12-13 and the puss is coming out of those bumps. I was having 1 or 2 bumps since last 2-3 years, but now it has increased. I am now having similar condition (but having only 2-3 bumps) in between my thighs. I consulted a doctor (Dermatologist) and doc suggested me few medicines and a tube to apply. I am using that tube on a daily basis since last 5-6 months, but I see no effect. Since that tube is giving me some relief, I have continued that. Tube name is : Tigotreat. Any advice what I can do? I live continuously in stress and confidence issues. Also, It will be helpful if someone suggest me a good doctor for this condition in Pune?
