Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hi, I have recently started seeing these black mark on my face below forehead on both sides. Tried taking out considering it as blackhead but didnt come, rather that area got bit swelling. Can u please suggest what is this and what can b done. Also below eyes, i see some weird small raised spots. Like tiny mussa Attaching pics for reference

My son has got a kind of white patch at the back of his neck. It seems a little fungal patch. Please suggest some cream. It's not itching though. Please advise any cream to apply. Thanks
