Stubborn dandruff

I have been experiencing dandruff and itchy scalp for about 3-4 years.
Tried various remedies such as
Oil+lemon
Alovera gel
Curd +lemon
Ketoconazale shampoo
Anti dandruff shampoo such as head and shoulders, patanjali anti dandruff shampoo,neem shampoos and so on.
Still no relief
