White flakes in beard
I have a rough beard and I have noticed white flakes in it after trimming the beard. The trimming causes burning sensation as well. I am using civaderm shampoo for my scalp. Can I apply the same shampoo to my beard as well? Or are there any other products for reducing beard dandruff and making it soft. Please advise.

Lactic acid while breastfeeding
