Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I suffered from dandruff and hairfall for a long time. My scalp itched a lot especially at night. Sometimes when I scratched it my fingertips became wet because of the scabs on my scalp. For that, I sought medical treatment from a dermatologist. He recommended me a combination of : 1) minoxidil OD 1 ml before sleep daily 2) ketoconazole lotion OD 30mins before bath daily 3) multivitamin zarwyn For a duration of 1 month The treatment has stopped the itching and dandruff but my hairfall hasn't reduced. My hair keeps falling out with the white bulbs intact at the roots. My hair density has reduced to a level where I can see my scalp through my hair. Someone please help with the diagnosis

I had applied melas cream on face for 2 years then I started flaking and itching on face.when I stopped applying steroid my face started itching like hell ... oozing ... Even after 1 year of steroid stopping I have itching on face .m applying venusia and taking Atarax 10 mg two time from last 1 year What to do to stop itching on face Whole day my hand remains on my face

I have had a heavy hair fall for 10 years but not fully bolded but I will be bolded in the crown area please let me know if it is fixable or not

I have been prescribed Zitcare S gel for 1 month - to be used only on weekends night. Does this need to be applied before or after moisturiser? Also, is ceramide hylauronic acid face cream (dot & key) not recommended for this weather? I have a dry skin. I recently changed my cream, sunscreen, started swimming, and also shaved my face using a face razor a month ago. I have small sebum acne across my cheeks. Hence consulted a dermat and was advised antibiotic & anti allergic, asked to stop using the new face cream. And kojic gel on weekdays night and salicyclic gel on weekends.

Why these pimples are coming on hands which is shown on 1st pic? And how to get rid of these pimples mark on hands, shoulder and back which is shown in 2nd picture

With my face skin, it's been dry feel pain when streching, i don't know it feels like drying skin i guess

10 years ago my right arm was crushed by a motor vehicle. Arm bone came outside and there was a gap of approx 3 cm in broken bone. Muscles, skin and veins crushed badly. Doctors grafted bone from waist and removed skin from thigh and cover the arm. There are stitch and post surgical marks on the arm . Can it be removed ? If yes, with whom  should I  consult a dermatologist or plastic surgeon.
