Actually since last three times,I am having periods only for 2days,generally my period cycle lasts for 3days. Does it is a matter of any heath issues?

Sir/madam,my doubt is about mastrubation.what happens if mastrubate daily(2-3)times.is it causes any health disorders?? Hi Doctor My mom is 54 years old she got last periods 1 year back. That time it was irregular so she consulted to doctor they did Sonography and all reports were normal. Again now today after a year she got periods although flow is normal and little bit stomach pain is there. Can you please help me is it something serious? What should I ask my mom to consult or do.
