Delayed periods since 2 months what should I do for continuing it plz tell me what's the problem in delayed

During periods oftenly i hv swelling with itching on bikne line also this time on joining area of both hips. Its making very uncomfortable and painfull tuff to puton underwear even.how to resolve n tc plz tell

Hi I have been diagnosed with PCOS three years back. That time I started medicines, then my periods became regular for some time. However, the gap between two period cycles is still not constant. Also, hair growth on my chin is increasing which is very embarrassing. I guess this is due to hormonel imbalance. I don't wanna go over expensive laser treatment. Please suggest me something that can remove this chin hair issue permanently. Thanks
