Hello, You should better consult a gynaecologist and get a ultrasound done to rule out the cause. Also, get complete hormonal tests done like t3, t4, tsh, prolactin and blood test.

Get your Usg done to rule out pcod and for pain can take cyclopam mf and you can take ocpills with doctor advice

This is called pms. You can have one multivitamin and for pain you can take drotin ds three times a day. If it occurs each and every month do one ultrasound lower abdomen to see any endometrisis etc.
