Hello, Blood flow during monthly periods may vary. Stomach aches may be due to menstrual cramps. If pain becomes unbearable then consult a gynaecologist for further evaluation and management. Normal ovulatory cycle causes pain. But if your pain hampers your routine ; you should take treatment. Two days flow can be normal but if it is much scanty, then do CBC ESR AND  FT3 FT4 TSH Blood tests. ; and Consult gynecologist.

Hello its pretty normal to face pain during periods because of the contractions of the uterus which we present to you as stomach ache . Flow depends from person to person and it is normally when to have two days flow..
