I have been taking ginette 35 since a month. I started with a pack and took it regularly and was about to start the next pack of 21 days but instead of the 7 days gap between the two, it happened to be 11 days gap. What are the pros and cons, how it is going to affect me ?

I can understand your concern.
Its okay as such.. but as much as possible make sure you do not do like that in future.
As for now, its not a problem.
