I had a medical abortion 3weeks ago. Now am experiencing a brownish smelly discharge..can I take antibiotics now?

I am experiencing swelling in my right upper labia since 1 month. It was not painful earlier, but since yesterday it is paining. Also it was lump-like earlier, but since yesterday it has become tender. I have encountered it few months back also, but it didn't pained and also got dissolved by itself. What could be the probable diagnosis of this problem. What should I do?

My Periods not stooping and it has been 12 days. The flow is normal from the day it started.I use single pad for the entire day. There is no blood clot type flow but the colour is bit darker I took vitamin c tablets before it started. Hello, m having brown discharge n blood clots today at the seventh day after taking unwanted 72 pill. Light pain at the lower abdomen, at the left side of abdomen n sometimes at the right side. Hi everyone actually my period date is irregular but since 2months it either early means 8 days before last month I got my period is on 23of Jan this time it came on 9 of Feb is it normal. That's mean I got 13 days before my actual date
