I am having very rare periods. Always irregular. Never happens monthly. I a. Having last periods 3 months ago.

Want to take a round of confirmation on my male fertility. Recently got married and would want to be more confident.

Hello doctor .I'm 18 years old..my periods have exceeded for like 15days and also it isn't severe ..I bleed very little .there is no pain at all...is it normal or abnormal? Should I consult a gyno? I'm very tensed :(

I am unmarried. I had a laparoscopy for endometriosis on 28th Oct, 16. After one month from laparoscopy, I was prescribed with duphaston from 5th - 25th day of menstrual cycle and after completing 3 months from surgery a sonography was advised. I got sonography done on 31st of January which said that I have cystic lesion with internal echoes and septations in left adenaxae about 4.3×4.2cm. The impression of sonography mentioned haemorrhagic cyst. My gynaecologist said it's just a functional cyst and will gradually go away. My medicines were changed to femilon, which are to be taken from next cycle. I just want a second opinion regarding this. Is it normal or should I be concerned? I have attached my USG report to this post.
