Hi doctor, I am having trouble in erectile dysfunction. I can't able to hold long lasting. Can you please suggest me what should I do now

Sir, I have azoospermia. Since last 10 years I am taking treatment for that but nothing happened. All medical investigation I did like semane analysis, color dollar, testicular biopsy. Now I loose hope of having child. Please help me. I am from Mumbai.

I am having pain in my Testicals, specially In right one. I wear boxers. I am having lower back pain.

I'm a 31 year old male. I have had weak urination since i was about 22. Feeling as if i have emptied my bladder then 30m later i have to go again. I sometimes get a random shooting pain in my rectum, but not consistently. Maybe once or twice every other month. also some phantom pains in my bladder and along the sides. I also notice it is easier to urinate after i have a bowel movement. I was prescribed Finasteride 5mg two tabs once daily and Tamsulosin 0.4mg once daily. I was just wondering if this is the correct course of action. I have not had a blood,urine or physical examination. Should i have one before starting these medications or do the medications my doctor prescribed cover the symptoms?

Hi , I have recently approx 2 months back had outbreak you genital warts on my groin and each area ..I took at costly treatment with two sittings of radio waves /electric cautarisation . Second sitting ended 20 days back and those genital warts have come up again in same numbers .. Can you please suggest any non costly treatment for the same or some homeremedy as I don't earn much ..I took recent treatment by borrowing money from my friends
