I have had weak urination for a couple years, feeling as if i have emptied my bladder then 30m later i have to go again. I sometimes get a random shooting pain in my rectom, but not consistently. Maybe once or twice every other month. I can go more into detail if i truly am talking to a doctor...

Frequent urination has several causes like urethral stricture, due to injury, persistent urinary tract infection, renal stone, prostrate hypertrophy etc. With your detail history we can't say anything immediately.
