Since 2 days back my right side prostate is light paining if I take rest there is no pain but when I play shuttle it's pain for a while there is no urine problem it's very free no burning session kindly help me

I think its hydrocele, as i dont feel pain but there is fluid inside the scrotum and when i press it, it moves away and comes back after some time.

My blood group is A+ and i love one girl who also has A+ blood group. Our parents are worried that same blood group and RH factor will create problem while having babies. Is this true? If yes then is there any solution to this problem? I cant leave her. I love her a lot. Please help

Sir/mam I am 26 years old male I am suffering from erectile dysfunction I don't know the real cause but I have used topical solution for baldness minoxidil 5 % for 18 months and morff 5 for 2 months which contains finestride I had discontinued these 2 years ago. Also I mastrubate alot like 2-4 times a day , but from last 6 months I abstained still there is no improvement

We make love. But i give up early. I make love once in a month or once in 2 months. Whenever we make love i come out early. She gets disappointed
