I am having problem of acne with pus in armpits and groin, I have consulted many dermatologist but with no proper solution, i have been suffering from this problem science 3-4 years, some dermatologist say its form of HS some say it need to be removed surgically. Even i tried homeopathy but no results. Please suggest what should i do next to get rid of this problem.

Hello DR Dr last month I saved a man who met with an accident. I just pressed my hand tightly on his injured parts to stop the blood. His blood went all over my hands. After reaching the hospital we identified he is affected by HIV. I had a wound and an insect bite on my skin both are reddish. I took an Elisa test after 26 days of the incident. it came negative but many persons are saying that 27th day of test is not conclusive. pls help me

Sir/Madam an having a query regarding HIV infection.What is the use of HIV RNA PCR TEST and what is the difference between HIV RNA PCR QUALITATIVE and HIV RNA PCR QUANTITATIVE ?

My uncle got diagnosed with benign prostate hyperplasia a year ago ..his urologist first prescribed afdura (alfuzosin +dutasteride) but when his prostate changed back to its normal size .he suggested either to stop medication or to continue with alfusin 10 only if the patient feel more comfortable with it . But my uncle complains of mild or medium discomfort with his urinary flow and insists on having afdura rather than alfuzosin . is it okay to take afdura for long time?is there any serious side effects ? Unfortunately his urologist has passed away recently so there is no one to consult with yet . so Any information regarding this would be very very helpful ..thank you
