SO MY QUESTION IS THAT DO I HAVE TO BE ON TRT OR THERE IS ANY OTHER WAY TO OVERCOME. AND IF I HAVE TO BE ON TRT WHAT WILL BE THE RIGHT DOSES OF TESTOSTERONE FOR SUCH LOW LEVEL OF MINE . PLEASE GUIDE ME

Sir I had 25 cm prostate as ultrasound diagnose and further tests of urine and blood .As per doctor prescription 15 days I have taken antibiotics urofast and since last 45 days daily I am taking silodosin 8 mg capsule .I have relief in my urine problems .can I use further continue or if any other guidelines for me .Let me confirm and oblige.

I think its hydrocele, as i dont feel pain but there is fluid inside the scrotum and when i press it, it moves away and comes back after some time.
