From the previous 3 days i was having pain during my urination .Today I can see blood coming out from my urine ! What would be the problem ? And what would be its treatment

So I was check up on my balls, and the right is numerous sizes larger then my left, and kind of a bean shape.

Hello I discovered I had chlyamidia in September and I took two kinds of antibiotics and when I went to get my results it all came back negative however I’m still having clear penile discharge everyday. I even sent a urine sample to the hospital and no bacteria or infection was found! I have no abdominal pain or burning sensation however I have clear penile fluid every single day what does this mean please help?
