Sir/ma'am some time my testile paining regularly for 5to 15 minutes but last four days my left testile paining regularly or when I rotate its gone and come back after 5 minutes or when I walk or doing some other works it's paining also what kind of problem is this tell plzz tell me..!!

Hello I discovered I had chlyamidia in September and I took two kinds of antibiotics and when I went to get my results it all came back negative however I’m still having clear penile discharge everyday. I even sent a urine sample to the hospital and no bacteria or infection was found! I have no abdominal pain or burning sensation however I have clear penile fluid every single day what does this mean please help?
