First of all, tell your parents. It is nothing to be ashamed about. Hard stool causes anal mucosa to tear and pain and bleeding occur when stool passes over it.
Next Steps
Anal fissureis initally treated by lifestyle changes......fluids ..1 litre for every 20 kg weight. Take stool softner like Cremaffin 15 ml or Duphalac 20 ml at bedtime. Do not take excessive fiber as it will only increase the amount of stool passing thru anus increasing your misery. oint which decreases the sphincter spasm ie anobliss...nifecaine...cremagel has to be applied with index finger thrice daily for 30 days.
Health Tips
If unsatisfactory relief then Surgery is adviced. it is simple with tiny wound and immediate relief.

Dear Friend, Are you suffering from penis fissure or anal fissure ? Fissure /cracks on penis can be due to phimosis, dryness and some STD's whereas anal fissure many a times point out to digestive disorders like indigestion, constipation, hard stools etc. In both cases, before the problem aggravates, you need urgent medical consultation as you have mentioned about bleeding. Proper clinical examination will only direct for diagnosis and appropriate medications. - Varad Sexology Clinic (Pune)
