I have taken hiv rt pcr test after 5.5 month and combo aids test and both result in negative but having white tongue,fatigue,vertigo am I risk free of hiv or not

Hello I discovered I had chlyamidia in September and I took two kinds of antibiotics and when I went to get my results it all came back negative however I’m still having clear penile discharge everyday. I even sent a urine sample to the hospital and no bacteria or infection was found! I have no abdominal pain or burning sensation however I have clear penile fluid every single day what does this mean please help?
