I am type 1 diabetic from 14 years. suffering from permanent erectile dysfunction from last 1 year. HBa1c 6.8

I have a large painful bump in my pubic region that hurts when touched and at first there was a little pus coming out but not anymore.

I've been suffering for months from a burning sensation while urinating or ejaculating, lately the burning and discomforting sensation started spreading in my guts, i took different kinds of anti-biotics and nothing works, and i also made an analysis the urin sample came back with a word "yeast = nil/few" I'm really feeling worried and the doctor i'm visiting isn't really helping much
