What is natural benefit of doing kegel exercise? How many times and how do we have to do this exercise?

I am male but my voice and walking like female my frds always shame me how can I reduce these please tell me how can I change my voice and walking

Good evening Dr. I'm unmarried and 29 years old and can't express myself. I'm Planning to get marry by the end of this year. I'm concerned, as I was abused when I was (8-12 years) a child I don't remember well  but think the offender (aged 35-40) has fucked my ass hole. kindly mentor me that should I go for any tests and is it necessary to share my incident with my partner.

Sometimes 2-3mins after I finish urinating, a very small amount of urine leaks. I do not get to wake up at night for urinating and I don't need to urinate frequently. My flow is not very weak, but not very strong as well. I am 24 years old and Google tells that the symptoms of enlarged prostate starts after 50. So am confused if am having any prostate issue or the bit of leaking that am experiencing is normal and will pass away with time. And yes, I have male pattern baldness.
