Hi Doctor, Am taking medication for syphilis from past 20days. Am taking doxycycline 100mg 2capsules per day. I have also undergone HIV tests.the results are as follows: 35days - CMIA - 0.15 43 days - ELISA 4th generation - 0.39 57 days - CMIA - 0.13 58 days - HIV RNA - "lower than detectable limit" Please let me know if taking doxycycline medication reduces HIV virus or it won't be having any effect.
