Please advise some ayurvedic medicine for erectile dyfunction and how can I last longer in bed. How can I perform good everyday

How to treat erectile with ayurvedic medications. I am beginning to feel the effects in past few months.

I was having vericocele grade 3 on left and grade 2 on right with description of sonography report of left "There are multiple  large tortuous echolucent areas seen in the left cord. These on color flow, appear to be vascular. There is reflux of flow on Valsalva’s manouver (grade III)."  I was dignosed on 4 Dec 2017 .now I am having pain on left scrotum and again done sonography the report as follows "There are  few  small tortuous echolucent areas seen in the left cord. These on color flow, appear to be vascular. There is no reflux of flow on Valsalva’s maneouver (grade I) " and right side appear normal . What to do next !!

Good evening Dr. I'm unmarried and 29 years old and can't express myself. I'm Planning to get marry by the end of this year. I'm concerned, as I was abused when I was (8-12 years) a child I don't remember well  but think the offender (aged 35-40) has fucked my ass hole. kindly mentor me that should I go for any tests and is it necessary to share my incident with my partner.

Sometimes 2-3mins after I finish urinating, a very small amount of urine leaks. I do not get to wake up at night for urinating and I don't need to urinate frequently. My flow is not very weak, but not very strong as well. I am 24 years old and Google tells that the symptoms of enlarged prostate starts after 50.
