Greetings Doctor, my friend who is a male aged 28yrs was tested reactive positive with both Syphillis VDRL and TPHA with a titer 1:640 He consulted a doctor who prescribed him an antibiotic {sorry I don't have the name of the antibiotics} for 15 days and he was tested again with TPHA and the result was titer 1:320, to which the doctor gave him a Penicillin Injection A week later when he tested with the TPHA was titer 1:640. Can u please tell us why the titer has increased and how to get treated

Hi I am using Metosartan 25mg from 4 years for BP. And till now there are no abnormalities with this. BP is under control. Now I wanted to use suhagra 50 mg. Can I use this as I am on another medication or not. If yes I am taking BP medicine at morning 10am, is there any specific time gap required to use suhagra 50? Got tested for hiv1&2cmia after 7 months of last exposure and the result is non reactive. Aftr last exposure had mouth ulcrs which was treated by ent,now i had slight lymp node on left cheek(hav sinus frm many years)suffering with stones in kidneys.
