Test confirmation (HIV)
Hi ,it's been 8 months since exposure and I have gone through HIV 4th Gen ASSAY (p24ag+HIV AB) Serum test and came out negative.
Please suggest if this is conclusive as window period has been over and test result came out negative or do I need to do another test to confirm.Please clarify and provide resolution.

I had an exposure 7-8 months back and since window period is over if I am going for HIV 1and 2 antibody screening test is it conclusive or even after negative i.e non reactive then also need to go for another test.
Please clear the confusion as really confused on same and hope to get sort it out quickly.

I've been asked to take Paternia tablet by one of the andrologist but the same is not available in market.
I've tried 8-10 outlets of Apollo & Medplus.
However, Paternia XT & Paternia Plus is available in the stores.
Can I take anyone of the above as an alternative.
