While using termipill ,breastfeeding can be continued or nott??? My doctor adviced me that u can continue breastfeeding, ,please advice me ..

I had UTI (Staphylococcus aureus) and my doctor consulted Taxim O 200 for the first week followed by C.Doxy 100 until the infection was treated. Recently I have started getting same symptoms as last UTI (had been with same woman since first) so should I start using the same medication or is there any better option? Couldn't upload the last urine test reports as I don't have it's soft copy with me now but I am sure it's Staphylococcus aureus. Uploaded the prescriptions.

I started having rashes on my testicals skin. At first it became red in colour followed by burning sensation. Later on there were liquid formation where rashes had form. This liquids formed into scabs. I have a doubt that I have fungal infection. I am using fourderm and zole-f ointment. But, it's not getting well as I had thought. It's isn't drying up well. And when I walk, the skin of the testicals start burning due to friction. Now, I am confused about which doctor to consult my issue for. A gynecologist or a dermatologist or some other ??? I need a clarification on it. Your guidance are appreciated.
