When i wake up morning my private area standing straight with big size why is like that please help me if any one see in my private part in my family  .i am feeling bad

I am having a small egg like ball structure inside my scrotum by the side of right original ball. It has a similar structure & sensitivity like the original ball but it has much more smaller size. It has a very small, minute pain. Just a small peeping & current like pain that you don't even be conscious 24hrs. You just realise it in between. The pain is so small but irritating that it makes me crawl like a snake. Pls suggest

Hi ,it's been 8 months since exposure and I have gone through HIV 4th Gen ASSAY (p24ag+HIV AB) Serum test and came out negative. Please suggest if this is conclusive as window period has been over and test result came out negative or do I need to do another test to confirm.Please clarify and provide resolution. I had an exposure 7-8 months back and since window period is over if I am going for HIV 1and 2 antibody screening test is it conclusive or even after negative i.e non reactive then also need to go for another test. Please clear the confusion as really confused on same and hope to get sort it out quickly. Thanks in advance.
