My husband has phimosis problem. After homeopathy treatment he recover from this problem slowly. But now not totally recovery. He don't want any operation. What can he do?

I had UTI (Staphylococcus aureus) and my doctor consulted Taxim O 200 for the first week followed by C.Doxy 100 until the infection was treated. Recently I have started getting same symptoms as last UTI (had been with same woman since first) so should I start using the same medication or is there any better option?
