HIV test confirmation (name)

Asked for Male, 27 Years

I had an exposure 7-8 months back and since window period is over if I am going for HIV 1and 2 antibody screening test is it conclusive or even after negative i.e non reactive then also need to go for another test. Please clear the confusion as really confused on same and hope to get sort it out quickly. Thanks in advance.
