I want to get a complete screening done please advice what are the tests that I need to do and where can it be done

Hi Doctor From 3 to 4 days I have pain in my left testicular (left ball) ... kindly advise ... Because this problem very long back ( 4yrs back ) the time doctor said because of infarction ...gave some tablet ...

In my butt hole I feel burning feelings... And pain also... Nd it  feels like my butt hole is becoming smaller... So I have to push my self hardly during poop... Pls... Suggest me something... I can't tolerate..

I am having a small egg like ball structure inside my scrotum by the side of right original ball. It has a similar structure & sensitivity like the original ball but it has much more smaller size. It has a very small, minute pain. Just a small peeping & current like pain that you don't even be conscious 24hrs. You just realise it in between. The pain is so small but irritating that it makes me crawl like a snake. Pls suggest
