Hello Dr.. I am facing mastrubation addiction. last 10 years every day I am doing this... some times twice in a day. I didn't start any treatment and any medicine for this issue...I am facing also mind issue...every time I am not a confident,feel guilty and emotionally sensitive... I think I losss so many things from my health... please guide me what should I do? and I am able to recover my health still now? please guide Dr. Please write for me...
